Shipping
Sending & Tracking Your Parcel
We send all orders via NZ Post Economy Track & Trace service. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your parcel is uplifted by the NZ Post driver.
We don’t add any margin to our freight costs. You only pay what we pay. We also double-check every courier charge. If there’s an overcharge, your credit card will be refunded.
Transit Times
(Guide only)
Auckland: 1–2 working days
North Island (outside Auckland): 1–2 working days
South Island: 3–5 working days
If your order is a gift or for a special occasion, let us know at checkout and we’ll prioritise dispatch to avoid any delays.
Rural Deliveries
Rural deliveries usually take an extra 2–3 working days. Note: Parcels to rural addresses are handled by two courier companies. The tracking will show “delivered” once it reaches the rural courier agent, but it may still be in transit to you.
Please allow at least 3 working days from the time tracking shows “delivered” for your parcel to arrive.
